AI mostly learns from knowledge that successful people leave behind. Failed projects rarely get an honest post-mortem, and the real reasons, like a client quietly saying "we won't use this" or someone simply running out of energy, never make it into any document. What does get written afterwards always sounds logical, so AI can easily assume the world runs on logic. It doesn't. Things happen because of people, emotions, relationships and moments of hesitation. That is why people who have lived through failure carry something AI struggles to learn. They have seen the version of history that was never written down, and building a company was never a fully rational process to begin with.

失败的项目，通常不会有完整复盘。
真正的失败原因，很多时候连当事人自己都未必说得清，更不要说被写下来。
那个客户私下说的一句“我们不会用这个”，不会写进文档。
那次方向突然改变，可能不是因为什么战略升级，也许只是某个人累了、烦了、没信心了。
但事后写出来的版本，往往都会变得很有逻辑。
所以 AI 很容易形成一种错觉：所有事情都是按逻辑发生的。
但真实世界却不是这样。
很多事情，不是按逻辑发生，是按人发生。
有些按情绪发生。有些按关系发生。也可能按某一刻的犹豫或判断发生。
这也导致真正经历过失败的人，身上有一种 AI 很难学到的东西。
因为他们看过那版没有被写下来的历史。
那版历史，不完整，不漂亮，也不理性。
而创业本来就不是一个完全理性的过程。
很多关键时刻，决定成功与否的也许不是框架，而是人。
