- Labu-Labu: an e-commerce enabler that helps brands launch and grow on TikTok Shop.
Why these notes
Running a business, most ideas stay in my head and are gone a few months later, never tested. So I write them down: the mistakes, the numbers, and the things I slowly figure out.
The right calls and the wrong ones both stay where they are.
Most notes are written in Chinese. The important ones come with a full English version or an English summary.
